All rates subject to 8% V.I. room tax.  A deposit of 50% is necessary to secure a reservation.  The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits will be refunded only if the home is re-rented for the time cancelled. Any refund is subject to a 10% service fee on the entire rental amount. Because of this strict policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler’s cancellation insurance.
