This 1 bedroom, 1 bath villa with a pool is located 400 feet above beautiful Coral Harbor and cooled by gentle breezes throughout the entire year.  The convenience and fun of the quaint village of Coral Bay, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is less than 5 minutes away!

The entry to Island Dreams is through the beautiful  garden and courtyard area.  Once inside the villa, you will be amazed by its casual elegance, comfortable furnishings and wonderful water views.

The Great Room area has a powerful split air-conditioning unit.  But, with the breezes in this location, you will probably never use it.

Your gourmet kitchen is equipped  everything you might need.  Appliances include a full oven and flat cook top, large refrigerator with an ice maker, and a convection microwave oven.  Of course, other kitchen amenities are included, such as blender, coffee grinder, and coffee maker.

The intimate dining area for just the two of you is also located in the Great Room.

Your king size bed features wonderful views to Coral Harbor and the British Virgin Islands to the east.  A second set of sliding glass doors opens on to the large deck and pool area.

The bathroom is large and light and comfortable.

Deposits will be refunded only if the home is re-rented for the time cancelled. Any refund is subject to a 10% service fee on the entire rental amount. Because of this strict policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler’s cancellation insurance. Due to the amount of new villa construction on St. John, it is possible that construction may occur near your villa rental. Any construction and the possibility of new construction is outside of our control.
